Training Overview
SpiderCuff offers several levels of training to meet the needs of the Law Enforcement community. Our goal is to provide curriculum to allow the safe and efficient deployment of our products. Our three levels of training for the Model 01 provide flexibility for Department trainers to become proficient in training their fellow officers as well as more advanced training for those wanting to become a certified SpiderCuff Certified Transition Training (SCTT). Training classes are organized regionally for greater convenience.
SpiderCuff’s training curriculum was developed by our Training Advisory Board (TAB), headed by Chief Training Officer Don Gulla. Don is a 33-year veteran of King County Sheriff’s Office (ret. Sgt) in Washington state and Founder of Gulla’s Arrestling and National Director of Polis Solutions. The TAB team brings diverse experiences ranging from Law Enforcement, SWAT, Corrections, Hospital and Juvenile Security. The decades of combined training experience in these fields have helped optimize SpiderCuff’s training curriculum.
SpiderCuff continues to look for experienced tactical trainers that are interested in becoming a SpiderCuff Certified Transition Trainers.
